A key is required for opening and locking the device, giving the administrator exclusive control. The wings of the humbler secure under the butt for an important purpose, if the wearer tries to stand while in the Humbler, intense pressure will be felt as the ball sack starts to pull further from the body. Thus, this cruel device will keep the wearer crawling on all fours, unable to stand.

This is where the Ultimate Humbler takes you to the next level of CBT play. There is a ball stretcher with an easy stretch screw system that pulls the wearer’s balls away from the device and if that’s not enough it also has a dual purpose ball crushing plate. You have the choice of a flat, smooth crushing plate or a menacing spiked plate for those bad boys and sissies who want the maximum effect. The end of the humbler has two attaching points for further bondage options, attaching either ankle or wrist cuffs for even more restriction.
