My key holder bought this to swap my current chastity device, was not being punished enough, in relation to the product the internal diameter is small, could do with a larger diameter between the spikes, it becomes awkward to put on trying to manipulate around the spikes, the cage is well made, it's a cruel cycle, if you like pain then this is a must to have, as soon as you get excited then expect the pain to increase. No way of getting out of the cage until you go flaccid.
