    This is certainly a cople of fetishes rolled into one...lol We love piss and urethral play, so ideal toy for us ;-) Once iserted with a bit of lube, but only a little as if I use to much it can shot out when I push hard, but fine with just a small blob just to ease in. Once in when you pee it flows like a small (golden) shower head. Lots of fun if you like piss play.

    Cons:
    As above, don't use to much lube
