A classic split ring ball stretchers means that instead of having to insert the testicles/scrotum through the stretcher you just simply unscrew with the Allen key provided and then place around the scrotum and screw back together.

Indeed a nice stainless steel toy. But you'll need some patience before putting the stretcher on: Once fitted, this is just the right size and weight for me. I went running with my balls captured below, and that was an amazing feeling!
