Comes in 2 parts: The first is a standard ball stretcher that splits into 2 using an Allen Key allowing for easy fitting around the scrotum. The second is the flask with ball crusher, this attaches on to the ball stretcher with 2 screws. Once attached you simply turn the handle on the base plate which then moves up the flask and applies pressure to the captive testicles.
