The collar is firm for a secure fit with folded and stitched edge trims for added comfort. 3 x 1.25″ riveted ‘D’ rings allow you to attach chains, leashs or restraints and the padlock fastening allows maximum restraint (includes padlock & keys). This high neck posture collar is designed to restrict the head movement of the wearer. These unisex collars are adjustable fastening.
