This unique and beautiful heavyweight testicle ring has a secure triple hinge with an Allen key locking system. The hinge means that instead of having to insert the testicles/scrotum through the ring you just simply unscrew with the Allen key provided and then place the scrotum into the ring, close back together and screw to close, could not be easier.
