Pros: Ease of use, wide range of settings, possibly to buy add-ons to make the toy either delightfully pleasurable or torturously painful. I'm not allergic to the sticky on the pads; and I have sensitive skin and struggle with all adhesives. This is a MASSIVE win.
Cons: The cables are thin and tangle easily, we are weary of breaking them.
Endless possibilities

We bought this as our first electro stim unit, having no prior experience. I'm so glad we did.
The people helping us at the store we bought it from were extremely helpful, and helped us get the right controller for us.
We enjoy being able to have it on super low setting and get a sensual tingling, but also love that we can have it on high and get a bit zappy. It's a wonderful unit to gradually increase and see how you feel.
I particularly like that when one pad is plugged in to a red cable, and one onto a black cable, on the same channel, applied to different people, that the electricity is only felt when we touch. This feature can be used in predicament play too.
It has so many possibilities with just the pads alone, but if you get bored of that, there's always the possibility to buy other, compatible products to keep things fresh and spicy.
