Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to https://www.saintsandsinners.com. These are the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of our website and the sale of goods by us. Please read them carefully.

This website is owned and operated by Saints & Sinners Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 6124918) whose registered office is at 11-15 Foxhall Square, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY1 5BJ. We trade under the name Saints and Sinners (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). The Terms applicable to your order will be those that you agreed to at the time you placed your order. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, and any such changes will be posted on this page.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website.

1. Age of Consent

By placing an order on https://www.saintsandsinners.com, you declare that you are 18 years of age or over and have the legal right to possess adult products in your location. We will not be obliged to accept an order if we discover you are not of the legal age to purchase from our website.

2. Placing an Order & Contract Formation

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order, but this is not an acceptance of your offer.

A legally binding contract between you and Saints & Sinners Ltd is only formed when we accept your order by sending you a confirmation email that your goods have been dispatched.

We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of the delay and discuss your options. We will never send a substitute product without your express prior consent.

Prices for products are quoted on the website and are correct at the time of being entered. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

We take care to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, goods, colours, or packaging may occasionally differ slightly from those displayed on the website.

4. Payment

Payment can be made by any of the methods specified on the website, including major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We will take payment from your card at the time you place your order. Our website provides a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of your payment information.

Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Services. We may offer payment options from third-party providers such as Klarna, Clearpay, or PayPal Pay Later. If you choose to use a BNPL service, you will be entering into a separate contract with that provider, and their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies will apply. We are not responsible for the service they provide.

5. Delivery

We dispatch orders promptly and aim to deliver them as quickly as possible. Delivery timescales are estimates and can vary.

  • UK Deliveries: For orders within the UK, we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.
  • International Deliveries: For orders outside the UK, delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Please see our Delivery Information page for more detailed estimates.

In all cases, the legal requirement is for us to deliver your order within 30 days of the contract being made, unless we explicitly agree a different timeframe with you.

Our delivery services provide tracking and confirmation of delivery. If you are not available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a calling card or notification with details on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we can arrange for it to be resent at your expense. If you choose to cancel the order at this point, we will refund you less the original shipping costs.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our full process for returns and refunds is detailed in our Returns & Refunds Policy. This policy is part of our contract with you, and by placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined within it.

Please read our detailed Returns & Refunds Policy here.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We process all personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For full details on what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights, please see our Privacy Policy.

Please read our detailed Privacy Policy here.

8. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any material from this website without our prior written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

9. User-Generated Content (e.g., Reviews)

You may be able to submit content to our website, including product reviews, comments, images or videos (“User Content”).

By submitting any User Content, you grant Saints & Sinners Ltd a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content in any media for marketing and promotional purposes.

You warrant that any User Content you submit is your own original work, that you have the right to make it available to us for all the purposes specified above, that it is not defamatory, and that it does not infringe any law.

We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external websites that are not operated by us. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. The inclusion of any link does not imply our endorsement of the website.

11. Discount Offers & Voucher Codes

All promotional offers and discount codes are subject to their own terms and conditions and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one discount code can be used per order.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

Our maximum liability to you in connection with any order will be limited to the total price you paid for the products in that order. We only supply products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business, or re-sale purpose, we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit or loss of business.

We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for: a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; c) any breach of your legal rights in relation to the products as summarised under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We take all reasonable care to ensure our website is operational and accurate. However, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that your use of our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from such interruptions or for matters outside of our reasonable control.

While we take care in the sourcing of our products, they are sold on the understanding that they are to be used for their intended purpose. It is the customer’s responsibility to read all product information and warnings and to ensure a product is suitable for their individual use. We cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage caused by improper use or by the use of a product that is unsuitable for an individual, and we encourage all customers to use products safely and sensibly.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us in the first instance at info@saintsandsinners.com to seek a resolution.

14. Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by an event outside our reasonable control. This includes any act, event, non-happening, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following: strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action; civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack; fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, or other natural disaster; or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

15. General

  • Assignment: We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these terms to another person if we agree in writing.
  • Third-Party Rights: This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms, whether by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
  • Severability: Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us from taking steps against you at a later date.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
