You place the ring over the tube, place your nipple into the tube and squeeze the pump, sucking the nipple in and then roll the ring over the nipple.     not comfortable
    Brought these as i was wanting something different for my boobs, something to tantalise the nipples instead of my fingers . They looked and sounded good, was quite happy to find something for them,. But on trying them, i found them fiddley and very uncomfortable. and poor suction.
